What is a good brand of Electric Guitar for a beginner?

So I played an Acoustic Guitar for 6 months I think I'm ready to switch to electric. Because I do not know much about different brands, and what are the different skills / advantages and disadvantages of them. I'm interested mainly on the couch with the guitar, where I'm sitting on the couch and play my own amusement. For this reason, I'm not a big fan of Fender stratacasters, just because the way the body, is difficult to play on my knees (his leg drop curve). One of the first things to do when the beginners who want to take a guitar is to play their favorite songs. Anyone who has played the guitar, even for a short period of time, I know this is difficult because the learners have to learn the basics and do them well before they can read most of the songs. If you're new to the guitar, you will be pleased to know there are many songs that you can learn to play guitar while learning basic techniques. These songs can be found through the Internet as a tab, a quick Google search should suffice to find them.

Here are some of my favorites:

House Of The Rising Sun - The Animals

This is one of those songs that we like or hate. Personally, I like this song because it's one of those songs are easy, you can quickly learn and practice your finger to the collection of both. If the music of the sixties is not to your liking, then there should scores be too difficult to find shelter on the Internet, even if you do not want to complicate the course of the song.

Before You Accuse Me - The Blues

Admittedly, I'm not a big fan of blues music. However, "Before You Accuse Me" is a song that will get you familiar with 12-bar blues, which at some point in his career as a guitar you will learn with time.

If you're a fan of blues music, counting of lucky, as the tabs of this song is everywhere!

Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd

It's a little harder play than the other two, but one of my favorite songs of all time, so I had to go on the list!

To play well for a beginner would almost impossible, so it's probably best to find a lesson that the song has been slightly simplified. Remember, never a way to play a song ... In fact, family records online is known that there are millions of interpretations.
