Floor guitar stand vs. wall mounted?
For those of you that play the Acoustic Guitar, what are your thoughts on a basic floor guitar stand vs a wall mounted guitar holder?
Which do you find more useful? Do the basic Guitar Stands tip over easily?
Keep in mind that my husband, who wants one, is a beginner learner.
Any comments or suggestions from musicians would be appreciated.
floor stand is more versatile in terms of being able to move it around easily, as opposed to wall mounted where it needs re-screwing to different wall. Floor stand is stable. I associate wall mounted more for a guitar you tend to display rather than play often. Guess its personal choice but id go with floor stand for him.
