body electro acoustic guitar
the question about the guitar please help?

Im looking to buy a guitar and want to know about the different types so heres some questions (I know that many acoustic and electric, but nothing on the hybrid) is a semi-Acoustic Guitar the same as that of an electro-acoustic and hollow body electric, or what are the differences? guy has the pick-up or micro systems? It may seem wasted because of interference or nothing in the pick-up of a cell phone or something else? , Which is more expensive, and why? Are there other types of im missing? I think that's all, thank you very much:) Oh, and the effectiveness / utility are the semi-acoustic preamp equalizer? thanks again

You know the difference between acoustic and electric guitars, so I'll skip that. An acoustic "electric" or "electro-acoustic" is an acoustic guitar with a built-in the van (and usually a preamplifier). The aim of these is to sound like a sound without having to use a microphone. You can take any sound, adding a pick-up and make electric motor sound. The preamps work well and are often required to boost production PF van. Electric guitars are solid body hollow body and semi-hollow body. I guess you can imagine what a solid body electric. A Fender Stratocaster is a good example. The terms of the hollow body, semi-acoustic semi hollow body and are used interchangeably. Semi-hollow often means that the body is less deep. They refer a type of Electric Guitar with a hollow center. If you play one of these without an amp, strings that sound a bit more of a solid body ...... Electrical but not much. There are acoustic guitars. Are electric guitars have a resonating chamber. A good example is the 335 or Epiphone Casino. Buses are also several flavors. The electric-acoustic tend to have a piezoelectric transducer or sensors that pick up vibrations. Think of them as contact microphones. Electric Guitars have single or double solenoid coil (humbucker) pickups. They work by collecting the magnetic fields that create the channels. The single coils have more nasal and are sensitive to electrical interference. Humbuckers are built to resist interference and have a bolder. A lot of people prefer the Fender single coil sound and there are ways to minimize interference. As for costs, you start to see Semi-Hollow Electric valid until you enter in the medium price range. They are not necessarily better, just more expensive to manufacture, because the body need for additional milling. Beyond that, you will find all the guitars you mentioned in all price levels. Of course, you get what you pay for better quality parts and craftsmanship, if you pay more. ACOUSTIC = no amp, no ELECTRIC_ACOUSTIC = sound with built-in microphones in the van and probably a preamplifier. You can play through an amplifier or not. SEMI-ACOUSTIC = carved body electric guitar. A truck and must be played through the amplifier. Hollow Body Electric = Same as semi-acoustic SOLID BODY ELECTRIC = solid body electric guitar. Must be played through amplifier SINGLE COIL PICKUP = coil of wire wrapped around a magnet. The vibration of the strings to create a magnetic field that the truck is transformed into electrical signals. Sensitive to external interference. Humbucker Pickup = Two single coil pickups wire together to cancel interference. Bigger than the individual coils. Transducer / PIEZO PICKUP = contact microphone, which picks up the mechanical vibrations of the guitar body and converts them into electrical signals. Used in acoustic guitars. Can be integrated or added separately. CARDS = Used with electrification to improve the signal noise and tone control.
