i bought five packs of Guitar Strings today-in the pack. i wont be using them all in a week or even a month or even four months. will they rust? they are Ernie Ball beefy slinky strings---i ddnt take them out-they are still in the pack. i know the question is stupid, but ii just want to make sure that there is no expiration date on strings.
theres a great sale at the shop i go to, and im just wondering if its a good or bad idea to buy lots of strings and not use them.....from the time i buy them, to the time i open them, what could go wrong with them?
i just started playing five weeks ago, self-taught, so i dont know much about guitar...
